Productivity Tips #1 : Weekly Schedule

I always try to be productive every day. As a solopreneur, I have a lot of tasks to complete. In the past, I felt overwhelmed by my to-do list and often missed deadlines for important tasks. I tried many productivity methods, but what worked for me is a Weekly Schedule and Prioritization.

Every Sunday, I list the tasks to be done in the upcoming week, dividing them into:

  1. Important & urgent tasks
  2. Important & not urgent tasks

I disregard anything that is not important or delegate it to someone else. I focus on completing the important and urgent tasks first, then move on to the important but not urgent tasks. I’ve learned that tasks in the second category can become urgent if their deadlines approach.
